  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon capers , minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots (sub with ¼ teaspoon onion powder)
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic

Notes

Storing: Will stay fresh in the fridge for 4-6 days in an airtight container. Not freezer friendly.
Chill Time: If you're in a rush, you can skip chilling the sauce in the fridge. It just tastes better when the flavors marry a bit.
Add-In Ideas: A dash of vegan Worcestershire or hot sauce, fresh chopped parsley, or chives.
