1 cup coconut milk , more as needed (or any plant-based milk) 2 large bananas , frozen 2 tablespoons peanut butter (sub almond butter) 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder) 1 tablespoon chia seeds (sub flax seeds)
Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth & creamy. The consistency should be thick, but if it's too thick, add a few splashes of milk. If it's too thin, add more frozen banana. Pour into your favorite glass and serve. Enjoy!
Topping Ideas: peanut butter, banana slices, or cacao nibs.
