This Piña Colada Smoothie is creamy, subtly-sweet, refreshing and nutritious. It's dairy-free too!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple , cut into 1" chunks (sub frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any plant based milk)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6-8 ice cubes (omit if using frozen fruit)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
