  • Blend the cranberry juice, cherries, and 1 cup of non-dairy yogurt on high until smooth. 
  • Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of the mold, and then pour the blended mixture on top, leaving room for one tablespoon of yogurt. 
  • After the last yogurt layer is done, place the popsicle sticks in the middle of the mold. Pop them in your freezer for 6-8 hours. Enjoy! 

Notes

* If you don't want to layer the posicles, you can make them all one flavor instead. For the mixture, blend 1 1/4 cups yogurt, 1 cup cherries and 1/3 cup juice.
