Blend the cranberry juice, cherries, and 1 cup of non-dairy yogurt on high until smooth.
Place 1 ½ tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of the mold, and then pour the blended mixture on top, leaving room for one tablespoon of yogurt.
After the last yogurt layer is done, place the popsicle sticks in the middle of the mold. Pop them in your freezer for 6-8 hours. Enjoy!
Notes
* If you don't want to layer the popsicles, you can make them all one flavor instead. For the mixture, blend 1 ¼ cups yogurt, 1 cup cherries, and ⅓ cup juice.
