These are delicious! This batch was made without vegan chocolate chips. The cookies may have been on a large side because they baked for 22 minutes but it was at high altitude, too. I'm going to try the pumpkin bread next and will make these cookies again and again. Very easy and so good!

These are amazing!! Don't even miss the eggs or butter. I will be saving this recipe. I would double your batch since it did not make alot of cookies. My edges never got golden so I had to split one open to see if it was done. So good and I put extra choc chips in because I am addicted to chocolate
