					<description><![CDATA[I used a few splashes of vegan fish sauce (from Whole Foods) and a 4-5 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce. Added chopped basil, cilantro, and green onions. I left the nori sheets in (broke up 3). Very delish. I always cut my tofu into cubes and boil it first using sea salt (1 tbsp) for 15 minutes &#038; drain before using and it turns the tofu into such a nice texture which was perfect for this soup.]]></description>
