I made these cupcakes and they turned out great! I needed an eggless lemon cupcake for a customer with an allergy. Since I only needed them to be eggless I used the suggested substitutes ( dairy milk, apple sauce, vegetable oil, and regular butter). Thank you for a great recipe!

Hi. I intend to make your lemon cupcakes. Muffin casas are larger than cupcake cases in England, which should I use please? You say cup cakes then refer to muffin pan.
