I loved the recipe and started looking at your site and I'm glad I did. The story about Cayenne was adorable. I have a Maltese that walked into our garage 1 year ago. She was matted, dirty,and in heat. She didn't have a micro chip so we adopted her. She is now spoiled rotten and we had her spayed and micro chipped. My husband and I watched a documentary "What the Health" and that was 3 days ago and we haven't had meat or dairy since. We really want to eat healthier. I love your site.
