Made this last night, pretty much exactly how the recipe calls, and it was incredible! I used Trader Joes furikake seasoning and it was perfect. Also used beech mushroom for the first time, highly recommend if you can find!

Hi Natalie, I haven't tried freezing it yet so I'm not sure if the texture of the mushrooms and creamy base will change. I'll have to give it a try soon. I wish I could be more help. 🙂
