This recipe was great. I used some cooked leftover red lentils and just rehydrate them with some strong vegetable broth. The flavor was spot on and it was a family favorite.

I made this a week or so ago for a weekend lunch- my son, who doesn't even like mushrooms, said "mom, this is really good, you'll have to make this again." That is the best compliment I can get! He's not one to hand out compliments easily. Hubby said they were restaurant worthy. We all enjoyed them and will definitely be making again (maybe tonight). Thanks for a great recipe to add to my repertoire.
