The cookies are great! I used my own homemade vegan butter (miyoko’s recipe) and homemade fig preserves. For me I noticed that they needed more time in the oven. I ended up baking them for about 18 min to get the light golden color on the bottoms. My first batch at 15 min were a bit doughy. Overall I’m super pleased. Thanks for sharing

I have made this recipe over a dozen times and they always turn out PERFECTLY. They’re a go-to for birthday parties and gatherings with vegan friends and they’re kind of my thing now.

I'm not a huge baker, but I made these last night and am super happy with them! I don't even have a stand mixer or hand mixer or anything and they turned out great.
