Made these today. I did just as your recipe outlined. Turned out well. I had a similar old recipe, pre vegan days, that contained eggs. So I was glad to see your recipe. The non-vegan recipe, you topped with sour cream and a side of salsa. I happened to have some vegan sour cream in the frig and used that and salsa. At some time I will try the dip you listed for this. Now I plan to freeze the leftovers and try to reheat in the air fryer, for an easy dinner after work. Thanks for posting.
