For years as a vegan I have made the creamy dill potato salad from PETA. However the last couple of times my family just didn’t gobble it up. So today I made this one and when my husband Tried it (Omni) he said “wow! It makes my taste buds zing!” So I’m excited for its debut at the family cookout later. You never steer me wrong!!!!!

I really enjoyed this recipe. The potatoes salad taste so creamy and I loved the added lemon for flavor. I made it with red potatoes and it was delicious. This is my go to recipe for a yummy potatoes salad, thanks!
