In reply to Caitlyn. Yes, Vitamix sells them on their Amazon store under 'renewed' or on their website under 'reconditioned'. I think the prices look better on their site. They are a bit pricier than when I bought it 12 years ago, though. Maybe they will have a black Friday sale. :)

In reply to Caitlyn. Hi Caitlyn, I'm so happy you love my recipes. Thank you! :) I have a refurbished Vitamix that I purchased on Amazon more than 12 years ago, and it still works perfectly. For me personally, it was worth the investment because I get so much use out of it. It's a powerhouse. It would be nice if they made a less expensive model. Maybe they will have some sales around the holidays. :)

Hi Melissa, Thanks for all your recipes! I've been enjoying them for many years. What blender do you have? I've been avoiding these nut cheese recipes forever, because I can't justify the cost of the vitamix, and of couse they turn out grainy without it. I keep hoping someone will make one a little cheaper but I haven't seen it yet. Might have to suck it up and get one.

Melissa- WOW!!! AMAAAAZING!! Made it tonight for the first time! I almost made half since I was unsure, but decided to dive right in and make the full recipe. It is just my husband and myself but….we ate almost all! Sooooo delicious! I have enough for half of a pita. Will be making more SOON! Thank you for this amazing, incredible, scrumptious recipe!
