These were wonderful! I made them twice in 3 days for two different groups and loved by all.😄 A new favotite!!! I thought it might be hard to find the vegan ingredients, but my local grocery had them and not expensive.

my first time making a one pot recipe and this was really simple and tasty! i’m trying to get better at cooking and this feels like a good one to have on hand to play around with! next time i think i may add butter beans to make it go even further. i dont drink so didnt have wine to hand, and the recipe was still great without it. thanks so much for sharing!

In reply to Rhonda Haymon. Hi Rhonda, Yes, it freezes well for 2-3 months. It will seem like it's separating on the reheat, but it comes together as it heats up. You may need to add a splash of broth to thin it out. :)
