In reply to Eunice. Hi Eunice, I'm so happy you'll try the recipe. All the vegetables are prepared raw. If you want softer edamame, you can boil it for about 5 minutes, but I just let it thaw for this recipe. I'd love to hear how it turns out for you. Have a great time at your picnic. :)

Oh my gosh this is absolutely divine!! I think next time I'll make a bit more dressing & add lime juice. Notice I said "next time" because this salad is perfection for a hot summer day!!!
