In reply to Kathy. Hi Kathy, I haven't tried it, but I don't think it'll work the same. This recipe will yield a firmer texture and sorbet is a bit softer. Do you have molds?

In reply to Cathi. Thank you! I use Thai Kitchen or Sprouts brand. Have you tried So Delicious coconut milk in the tetra pack? It's not always easy to find, but it may be what you're looking for :)
