I went to a potluck last night. I’d never made this before. I added tofu and miso to the sauce. Also some broccoli as this needed consuming. Well..this was the hit of the party…sadly zero leftovers for lunch today. So delicious!!!! Thank you

For years, this has been a holiday go to for me to make. I do mix in potatoes and cauliflower together rather than all cauliflower, and everyone loves it, vegan or not. Great recipe!!
