Favorite recipe. I buy several bags of organic unsweetened fresh cranberries at the holidays and freeze them. I put the whole orange in my vitamix and blend until smooth to make juice; omit sugar; use1/3 cup organic maple syrup and cook. Once done, sometimes I blend in vitamix until smooth because some family members like it smooth. Super delicious either way though! Thanks for this recipe.

Hi Mary, yes, you can freeze it in an airtight container for 2-3 months. 🙂
