O.k, let’s check out the noms…
Dang Foods – Chili Lime Coconut Chips
It was such a nice surprise to see these in the box, because I’m totally addicted to coconut chips. I’ve never tried the chili lime flavor, because I usually prefer them plain. However, these are really good and I’m glad I tried them. They are tangy, crunchy and have a little kick to them. I’m totally hiding these from the gremlins in the home.
Beanfields – Pico De Gallo Bean and Rice Chips
Wow, I love these! They remind me of Doritos, but the heathy, yummier and cruelty-free version. So much flavor packed in one little chip. I would definitely buy these again.
SkinnyPop – Jalapeno Popcorn
I love Skinny Pop popcorn, but I never had this flavor before. Honestly, I didn’t think it would be good, but I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor. These are not too hot at all and they have just a hint of heat and jalapeno flavor. I need to get a huge bag of these!
Homefree – Chocolate Mint Cookies
I’m not a big fan of chocolate and mint together, because I’m just weird like that. So, it would be hard for me to really review these. However, the gremlins in the home completely devoured this bag in less than 2 minutes. These cookies received two thumbs up, so I would buy these again.
Eat Whatever – Gel Cap and Mint
I’m all about having fresh breath. Who isn’t? Well, I tried the mint and it wasn’t that minty and I ate the gel cap. The gel cap is supposed to be calming to your belly and freshen your breath from the inside out. I like the idea of kissable breath all the time. They just need to work on that mint a bit.
Lazy Susan’s – Cranberry Chocolate Chip Granola
This granola is very good and It tastes like homemade granola. It has the perfect amount of sweetness & the cranberry & chocolate combo takes it to another level. Yep, I would buy this again. Yum!
Earnest Eats – Chewy Granola Bar- Power Grains and Flax
I love a natural & earthy granola bar and this one fits the bill. It’s not too sweet and it’s filled with healthy grains. This is the perfect on-the-go snack and it will keep you going. I haven’t seen these in my local stores yet, but I hope to soon.
Ginnybakes – Nut & Fruit Bar
This was the first snack, I ate out of this box (I was hungry). It’s filled with organic fruit and nuts and that’s pretty much it. No sugar or other added ingredients. This bar is definitely top-notch and really healthy. It was chewy, satisfying and delicious!
Enjoy Life Foods- Cocoa Loco Baked Chewy Bars
I’m a big fan of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips, So I was excited to try out this bar. It has a nice chocolatey flavor and it’s loaded with my favorite chocolate chips. I need more of these babies!
Made in Nature – Cuban Mojo Ancient Grain Fusion
This little package is meant to be a side dish, but I made little tacos out of them and turned it into a meal. It was so simple to make and I just emptied the pack into a pot and heated it up. I put the mixture in soft taco shells and topped with fresh cilantro. They weren’t as spicy as I thought, so I added some hot sauce for that extra kick. I don’t normally cook from packages, but once in a while it’s nice to make a quick meal that is not bad for you. This is all organic and has low sodium. I like the flavor a lot, it just needed a little more spice.
Vibrant Health – Pro Matcha Protein Protein Blend – Vanilla Creme
I don’t really use protein powders, but this one sounded like it might be good. I blended it with some fresh almond milk and ice and it was pretty tasty for a protein powder. I probably would add a banana to the mix next time. This powder is filled with healthy and nutritious ingredients and I would recommend this to anyone who likes protein powders.
High Brew Coffee- Black and Bold Cold Brew Coffee
I’m not a coffee drinker anymore and I’m thankful for that, because I used to have a serious dependency on it. Now, I drink green tea and an occasional espresso. This is tasty coffee, but I had to add a little sugar and some vegan creamer. That’s more my style, but if you like your coffee black and robust, this will be for you. It has very good flavor for being in a can.
Pacific Foods – Oat Milk
When I’m not making my own plant-based milk, I buy this creamy and delicious one. It’s definitely a family favorite and I’ve been buying it for years. It’s organic and gives you a full serving of whole grains. No weird ingredients at all. I highly recommend this milk.
I hope you enjoyed my first review of the Vegan Cuts Snack Box. I was thoroughly satisfied with this month’s snackin’ delights and so was my tummy. It had a great variety of noms for serious snackers, like myself. It definitely had so much deliciousness this month, but If I had to pick just ONE item, my favorite would be the Beanfields Pico De Gallo Chips. I’m addicted to the tangy & spicy flavor and I need to buy more. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the products in the Vegan Cuts Snack Box. The snackeroos were enjoyable and I would recommend this box to anyone, that is looking to fill their pantry with vegan & cruelty-free foods. You can learn more about this nom box here.
